Meeting papers are circulated to parish councillors at least seven days in advance of a meeting and published on our website in our News section.
The bundle includes: Agenda, Draft Minutes, Planning Schedule and a Financial Report.
The Draft Minutes must be approved by the Council and signed by the Chair before publication. You can find previously approved Minutes here.
If you wish an item to be added to the Agenda, please email the Parish Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members of the public are allocated fifteen minutes at 7:30pm and fifteen minutes at close of meeting if they wish to bring a matter to the attention of the Parish Council.
